The Smurfs - Dreams (PS5)

The Smurfs - Dreams is a 3D platformer from Microids, and this is the physical disc for PlayStation 5. It is rated GENERIC 7, supports 2 players and includes Arabic on-screen text, which makes it a friendly pick for a family console.

Gargamel's sleepy scheme

Gargamel has a new plan to catch the Smurfs: he has cursed the sarsaparilla bushes, so any Smurf who eats the leaves falls into a deep slumber. Your job is to awaken every Smurf before Gargamel reaches the village. You do that by entering their dreams, where anything is possible and excitement can quickly turn into a nightmare.

Each dream is its own adventure, with challenges and puzzles to get through before you can wake the dreamer.

Gameplay and features

• Solo play or a 2-player experience with a friend
• Hop from dream to dream through unique, colourful worlds and uncover the village's secrets
• Each dream hides a nightmare: help the Smurfs overcome their fears through puzzles, boss fights and other surprises
• Collect magic orbs and patterns to customize your own Smurf
• Jump, hop and dash, using your movements and tools to beat the challenges
• Offline play, with no online connection needed

It is a fully 3D platformer, so the focus is on jumping, exploring and working out puzzles rather than on complicated controls.
