Refund policy

At Outgeeked, we want you to be thrilled with your gear. If something isn't right, here is how we handle returns:

• Return Window: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• Eligibility: To maintain the integrity of our inventory, unsealed or opened items are not eligible for returns.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.
