Syberia - The World Before (PS5)

Syberia - The World Before is an adventure game on PlayStation 5, supplied as a physical disc. It follows two intertwined lives, Kate Walker and Dana Roze, across two eras, and asks you to solve puzzles, read your surroundings closely and piece together the mysteries that connect them. It is a single-player game rated GENERIC 16.

A story across 1937 and 2004

Kate Walker is a New York attorney whose life is turned around by the call to adventure. Dana Roze is a young, promising pianist in Vaghen whose career is threatened by the shadow of the Second World War. The game switches between their stories, set in 1937 and 2004, and invites you to unravel how their fates are linked.

Along the way you escape prison, visit abandoned cemeteries and explore high mountains, travelling through the enchanting cities of eastern Europe. The story can be played independently, so you do not need to have played earlier Syberia games to follow it.
