Return to Planet 4546B

Below Zero is an underwater adventure set on an alien ocean world and a new chapter in the Subnautica universe, developed by Unknown Worlds. You arrive in a sub-zero arctic region of Planet 4546B with little more than your wits and some survival equipment, setting out to investigate what happened to your sister. Alterra left in a hurry after a mysterious incident, abandoned research stations dot the region, and logs, items and databanks scattered among the debris paint a new picture of what took place.

Gameplay and features

• Discover uncharted biomes such as Twisty Bridges, Crystal Caverns and Glacial Basin, and navigate Thermal Vents to find ancient alien artifacts
• Construct habitats, scavenge for resources and craft equipment
• Cross the snowy tundra on a Snowfox hoverbike and explore in a modular Seatruck
• Research alien lifeforms, from the Titan Holefish and Shadow Leviathan to the adorable Pengwings
• Survive the cold with a crafted cold suit, hot coffee and warmth from Thermal Lilies
• Follow a story that extends the mystery introduced in the original Subnautica

Resources are limited, so you have to improvise to survive on your own, and not every creature in this world is friendly.
