Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition (PS4)

Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition (PS4) is the reworked, rebuilt and remastered version of an open-world action adventure set in Hong Kong. Published by Square Enix and developed by United Front Games, it is a physical disc for PlayStation 4 rated PEGI 18.

An undercover cop in Hong Kong

The game is a mature, gritty undercover cop drama in which a wrong decision can blow your cover at any time. It plays out across the diverse districts of Hong Kong, which the Definitive Edition brings to life with new technological, audio and visual improvements.

Gameplay and features

• Explosive action that blends deadly martial arts, intense gunfights and brutal takedowns
• Exotic cars, superbikes and speedboats to burn up the streets or tear up the sea
• Illegal street races, gambling and karaoke among the many ways to spend your time
• All 24 previously available DLC extensions integrated into the game
• The story-extending episode Year of the Snake and the horror-themed Nightmare in North Point
• A single-player campaign with DUALSHOCK 4 vibration

It is also a game about movement. Driving across the city, riding a superbike or taking a speedboat out to sea breaks up the fighting, and the sheer range of things to do means the story is rarely the only thing on your mind.

The game rewards you for playing the part of the undercover officer, and for exploring a city that offers countless diversions.

Why play it on PlayStation 4

The Definitive Edition packs the content together, so the extras are part of the game on the disc. On-screen text is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish and Russian.
