SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance (PS5)

SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance (PS5) brings the iconic ninja series back as an all-new 2D action platformer with a unique hand-drawn look, created by the team behind the brawler Streets of Rage 4. Published by SEGA, this is the physical disc for PlayStation 5, rated MENA 12.

Joe Musashi's quest for vengeance

You play the legendary shinobi Joe Musashi, a master of the ninja arts. His village has been burned to the ground and his clan turned to stone, so he sets out on a quest for vengeance against an unparalleled evil.

Gameplay and features

• A ninja arsenal that includes the great Katana Oborozuki, Kunai, Ninjutsu arts and Ninpo
• Limitless combos from a set of unique combat moves
• Amulets that you collect to enhance your abilities
• Ningi tools to overcome obstacles and open up new paths
• More than a dozen visually striking stages, from military bases to a scorching desert
• Platforming puzzles and hidden secrets to find

The combination of precise combat and platforming is the heart of the design, and the hand-drawn art gives each stage its own look. Because the series is known for its ninja action, the tools you collect matter: Amulets change what Joe can do, and Ningi tools let you reach places that would otherwise stay closed.

Why play it on PlayStation 5

The DualSense wireless controller is supported with its vibration function, and the game supports Remote Play on PS5. It is a 1-player, offline game, with on-screen text in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Chinese.
