Ring Fit Adventure (Nintendo Switch)

Ring Fit Adventure (Nintendo Switch) turns exercise into a fantasy adventure. Made by Nintendo, it sends you across an imaginary world to defeat a bodybuilding dragon and his minions, with real-life exercises as the way you play.

This listing is the physical game card for Nintendo Switch, rated PEGI 7 and designed for one player.

A fantasy quest powered by real exercise

The premise is simple and a little silly in the best way: there is a dragon who loves bodybuilding, he has minions, and you are the one who has to deal with them. The exercises you perform in real life are how you take on the adventure.

That makes it a different kind of video game, listed under Health & Fitness and Lifestyle rather than a traditional action or role-playing genre. If a plain workout has never held your attention, a story with enemies to beat gives you a reason to keep going.

What to expect

• An adventure world to explore, with a dragon and his minions to defeat
• Real-life exercises used as the core of the gameplay
• A single-player experience for one person at a time
• A PEGI 7 age rating
• Available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch

Why play it on Nintendo Switch

Ring Fit Adventure is a Nintendo-made title for the Nintendo Switch, and the cartridge format means you simply insert the game card and start your adventure.

It also suits a shared household: because it is single-player, each person can take their turn at the quest, and the PEGI 7 rating keeps it light.
