RAINBOW HIGH: RUNWAY RUSH (Nintendo Switch)

RAINBOW HIGH: RUNWAY RUSH is an action-adventure game for Nintendo Switch from Outright Games, starring the Rainbow High girls. It is a single-player game with a PEGI 3 rating on a physical game card, aimed at younger players and fans of the Rainbow High characters.

Your first art assignment

The story starts with a school task: the Rainbow High girls have their first art assignment to complete. Each character has her own unique talents, and you use them to get the job done.

The game's message, as its own tagline puts it, is about letting your true colours shine. It is a colourful, character-led adventure rather than a competitive one, with the emphasis on creativity and on switching between the girls to use what each does best.

Because the story is built around a school art assignment, the game fits fans who like colour, style and creativity. The Action and Adventure tags mean you are moving through levels and solving the assignment's challenges as you go, not just watching a story unfold.

With a PEGI 3 rating and a one-player format, it works as a first gaming adventure for a Rainbow High fan, or as a gift for someone who already enjoys the characters.

For parents, the key points are easy to check: it is a one-player game, the age rating is PEGI 3, and it is published by Outright Games, a publisher known for titles based on family brands.
