ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 (PS4)

ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 is the latest chapter in a series that mixes the ONE PIECE anime with the large-scale action of the WARRIORS games. This PS4 disc is rated MENA 12 and is aimed at fans who want to step into the battles instead of just watching them.

A ONE PIECE battlefield that reacts around you

The series has sold more than four million copies worldwide, and this fourth game is billed as its newest evolution. Its guiding idea is to let you experience a real ONE PIECE battlefield: buildings come crashing down mid-fight, and attacks throw up smoke and dust so you feel in the thick of the world. The publisher says it added fresh elements that earlier entries could not manage, aiming for an even more thrilling brand of Pirate Warriors action.

Why play it on PS4

PS4 owners get a full disc release of Pirate Warriors 4 with optional online play, so you can enjoy it solo or bring in other players when you want to. Online play needs PS Plus, so keep that in mind if you plan to team up over the internet. Remote Play is supported, and the vibration function adds feedback to the heavy hits. The copyright line credits Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha and Toei Animation, so the game is built on the official licence. If you like crowd-clearing action with a recognisable cast, or you want something you can play with a friend on the same console, this disc covers both. It is also a natural next step if you have already played other Pirate Warriors titles and want the newest one in the series.
