New Tales from the Borderlands Deluxe Edition is an action adventure for Nintendo Switch, published by Take-Two Interactive and released in October 2022. It comes on a physical game card as the Deluxe Edition, for one player, and it is rated PEGI 18. The official tagline is short and to the point: make mayhem your business.

A story-driven take on Borderlands

The title tells you where you are: this is a new Tales from the Borderlands story. The tagline, make mayhem your business, sets the tone, and the age rating of PEGI 18 tells you that the content is aimed at adults.

The game is listed under the Action, Adventure and Other genres, which fits a story-led title with action moments rather than a pure shooter. This listing does not break down characters or chapters, so this page sticks to what is confirmed.

Why choose the Nintendo Switch version

This is the Nintendo Switch release, supplied on a physical game card, so you can add it to a collection, lend it on or gift it. It is a single-player experience, with no multiplayer count listed.

The listing names English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese among its languages. Arabic is not listed, which is worth knowing before you buy if you rely on Arabic text.

The edition is the Deluxe Edition. The listing does not detail any extra bonus content, so this page makes no claims about what the Deluxe label adds beyond the base game.

Check the PEGI 18 rating before buying it as a gift: this is a game for adults, not for young children. It is also a good fit if you prefer story-led games that you can play alone.
