My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery (Nintendo Switch)

My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery is an action and adventure game for Nintendo Switch on a physical game card, built for one or two players. It carries a PEGI 3 rating, so it is a safe pick for younger players.

Everypony is here to save the kingdom

The story takes you to Zephyr Heights, a gleaming cloud kingdom full of quests and collectibles. Unstable magic is causing chaos, from turning phones into pizzas to breaking gravity and splashing colours everywhere, and the ponies have to work together to stop it.

You can play as Sunny, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Zipp or Misty, each with special abilities for exploring the kingdom. The Nintendo Switch edition is published by Outright Games and was released on 17 May 2024.

Why play My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery on Nintendo Switch

On Switch the game comes on a physical card, and the 2-player co-op fits two sets of Joy-Con or a pair of controllers. It is the simplest way to share a game with a younger sibling or a friend on the same console.

On-screen languages are Japanese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Korean and Chinese. Arabic is not listed for the Nintendo Switch edition, but the PS5 listing of this game does include Arabic on-screen text.

The mix of exploring, quests, collectibles and light minigames suits shorter play sessions, and the choice of six characters gives two players plenty of ways to share the adventure. Because the cloud kingdom is a place to explore rather than a race against the clock, it works well for younger players who like to look around.
