Who it is for and how it fits your setup

The G635 is aimed at PC players who like a headset they can tune. On Windows, G HUB gives you DTS Headphone:X 2.0 7.1 surround and the programmable G-keys, while the LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting adds a touch of colour to your desk. The 2.8 m USB cable gives plenty of reach to the PC.

When you want to play on a console or listen on your phone, switch to the 3.5 mm cable (1.5 m). The flip-to-mute microphone is quick to silence, and the 50 mm drivers sit in a full-size, over-ear build that weighs 344 g.

Sound, microphone and controls

The G635 uses 50 mm PRO-G hybrid mesh drivers with a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, 93 dB SPL/mW sensitivity and 39 ohms passive impedance. DTS Headphone:X 2.0 provides 7.1 surround on Windows via G HUB. The 6 mm cardioid flip-to-mute boom microphone covers 100 Hz to 10 kHz, and three programmable G-keys let you map actions to the headset.
