JUMANJI: The Video Game (Nintendo Switch)

JUMANJI: The Video Game (Nintendo Switch) is an action adventure based on the Jumanji films, built for one to four players. Outright Games publishes it, and this listing is the physical game card for Nintendo Switch.

Adventure and laughter, together

The pitch is about teaming up: the game is built around uniting in adventure and laughter, and its player count of one to four means you can play alone or with a group. The genres listed are Action, Adventure and RPG.

With a PEGI 7 rating, it is aimed at younger players, but the multi-player format means parents and older siblings can easily join in.

Why play it on Nintendo Switch

Four-player games are well suited to a console that comes off the dock and moves around the house. The Nintendo Switch card is quick to set up and share, and the game was released on 7 November 2019.

If you have seen the Jumanji films with your children, this gives them a way to step into the same world.

The edition is Standard. Arabic is not among the on-screen languages for this Nintendo Switch version, so check that younger players can follow the menus.

For a family looking for a game that can be played in pairs or as a group, the one-to-four setup is the key feature. Each extra player turns it from a solo mission into a shared one, and the RPG tag suggests there is a sense of progression along the way.

Player count matters when you pick a game like this, so remember that it runs from one to four. A single child can play solo, and a group of cousins can fill all four seats.
