4K 30fps is the standard recommendation for most use cases — great quality for YouTube, Instagram, and general sharing with manageable file sizes. 4K 60fps enables slow-motion in post-production and looks smoother for fast action. 1080p 120fps or 240fps produces dramatic slow-motion clips.
