HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED (Nintendo Switch)

HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED (Nintendo Switch) is an arcade racing game about collecting Hot Wheels vehicles, building spectacular tracks and diving into races. Milestone publishes it, and this listing is the physical game card for Nintendo Switch.

Collecting and creating

The game invites you to collect the best vehicles in the Hot Wheels universe, and the iconic, sought-after cars are waiting for you. That collecting side sits alongside a creative one: you can build your own spectacular tracks, so the game is as much about design as it is about driving.

Races are described as breathtaking, and the listed genres are Arcade and Racing. With support for up to 12 players and a PEGI 3 rating, it is built for sharing.

Why play it on Nintendo Switch

Released on 30 September 2021, this is the original of the series and a solid entry point if you have not played a HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED game yet. The physical Nintendo Switch card is ready to play the moment you insert it.

It suits children who like toy cars and tracks, and adults who enjoy collecting and creating as well as racing.

The edition is Standard, and Arabic is not among the listed on-screen languages.

The mix of collecting and building is what sets this game apart from a plain racer. If you enjoy hunting for the cars you want, then designing a track to show them off, the game gives you both jobs. Children who like physical Hot Wheels sets will see the connection immediately, and parents will appreciate that the PEGI 3 rating means no surprises.

Compared with its sequel, this is the original release from 2021, which makes it the natural place to start if you want to follow the series from the beginning.
