FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves (PS5)

Overview

After a 26-year hiatus, SNK Corporation has brought its iconic fighting franchise back to life with Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on PlayStation 5. The direct spiritual successor to the beloved Garou: Mark of the Wolves (1999), this long-awaited entry blends the series' deep competitive roots with a wealth of modern features — making it a must-have for both die-hard Fatal Fury fans and newcomers discovering South Town for the very first time. Available as a physical disc for PlayStation 5, the game supports Arabic on screen along with 13 other languages, ensuring players across Lebanon and the wider region can dive in with full comfort.

Key Features

• All-New REV System: A revolutionary combat toolkit that unleashes powerful offensive options from the opening bell. Chain REV Arts, REV Accel, and REV Blows (active during S.P.G.) to push your fighter to the absolute limit — just watch that REV Meter before it overheats.
• Two Control Schemes for All Skill Levels: Arcade Style rewards precise, technical inputs for veterans, while Smart Style lets newcomers pull off spectacular specials and combos with simple directional inputs and single button presses.
• Episodes of South Town (EOST) — Single-Player RPG Mode: Embark on a solo RPG adventure through South Town, taking on fighters under varied conditions, earning XP, levelling up your character, and building a unique skill set on your climb to the top. (Internet connection required to play EOST.)
• Online Multiplayer — Up to 12 Players: Take the fight online with support for up to 12 players via PS Plus, or keep it local with 2-player head-to-head action — no PS Plus required for local play.
• Arabic On-Screen Language Support: Fully localised for Arabic-speaking players, alongside 13 other languages including English, French, Japanese, Korean, German, Spanish, and more.
• Physical Disc Edition: A tangible collector-worthy addition to any PS5 library — no download required to get started.
• Legacy Reimagined: 26 years in the making, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves honours the franchise's 1991 roots while pushing the fighting genre forward on current-generation hardware.

Who It's For

Whether you remember feeding coins into Fatal Fury arcade cabinets in the '90s or you're picking up a fighting game for the first time, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has a place for you. The dual control scheme means casual players can enjoy flashy, satisfying combat from the start, while the REV System and Arcade Style inputs give competitive players a deep, high-ceiling meta to master. The EOST RPG mode also makes this an excellent single-player experience for those who want to invest in a story-driven progression alongside the versus action. For gamers in Lebanon looking for a fully Arabic-supported PS5 title with rich online and offline content, this is an outstanding choice.
