ELDEN RING Tarnished Edition (Nintendo Switch 2)

ELDEN RING Tarnished Edition (Nintendo Switch 2) is an adventure RPG from Bandai Namco Entertainment, released on 28 August 2026. It is supplied as a physical game card for Nintendo Switch 2, carries a PEGI 16 rating and is listed for up to 6 players. The publisher greets players with the line Rise, Tarnished.

Rise, Tarnished

The publisher's only description is the call to rise as one of the Tarnished, a phrase that sets the tone for the adventure. The listing is short on detail, so we keep to the confirmed facts: this is an adventure RPG, it is the Tarnished Edition, and it is built for Nintendo Switch 2. If you are looking for a deep role-playing game for your new console, the genre and the edition name tell you the essentials.

Because the game came out in August 2026, it is already available. We have kept the description factual and short, based only on the product listing, so you can see the edition, rating and format before ordering.

Why play it on Nintendo Switch 2

This is a Nintendo Switch 2 release, supplied on a physical game card, so it is the version to choose if that is your console. The listed player count of up to 6 is worth checking if you plan to use any shared features. On-screen text covers English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Chinese and Polish. A PEGI 16 rating means it is aimed at older teenagers and adults, so parents should factor that in when buying.
