DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince (Nintendo Switch)

DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince (Nintendo Switch) is an RPG from SQUARE ENIX that puts monsters at the centre of the adventure. The publisher's pitch is simple: become the master of monsterkind. This edition is the standard release on a physical game card for Nintendo Switch, rated PEGI 12, so it suits teenagers and adults who enjoy collecting and commanding creatures.

A story about mastering monsterkind

The Dark Prince of the title sits at the heart of this adventure, and the goal set out by the publisher is to rise as a master of monsters. That framing tells you what kind of RPG this is: the creatures you meet are not just obstacles, they are the core of how you play. If you like role-playing games where building a team matters as much as exploring, this one is built for you. The game came out on 1 December 2023, so it is a settled release you can pick up today.

Because the listing gives no further plot details, we keep to the confirmed facts: a monster-themed RPG, an official PEGI 12 rating, up to 8 players and six on-screen languages. For buyers in Lebanon who want a clear, physical edition of the game, that is a straightforward and honest picture of what you are getting.

Why play it on Nintendo Switch

On Nintendo Switch, this game comes as a physical game card, which means a real copy you can keep on your shelf alongside the rest of your collection. The listing supports up to 8 players, so it is worth checking how that fits your household or group of friends before you play. Because the Switch library is broad, a monster-collecting RPG sits comfortably next to adventure, party and family titles. The language list includes English, which makes the menus and text easy to follow for most players in Lebanon.
