Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed (PS5)
Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed (PS5) is a vibrant 3D platformer that sends Mickey Mouse on an epic journey through Wasteland, a realm of forgotten Disney characters. Published by THQ Nordic and released in September 2024, it is a remake, available here as a physical disc for PlayStation 5, rated GENERIC 7.
Paint, thinner and a world of forgotten characters
Armed with paint and thinner, Mickey shapes the world around him. Paint restores beauty and harmony, while thinner alters the environment and uncovers hidden secrets. Your choices influence Mickey's destiny and change the outcome of the adventure.
Along the way you meet iconic characters, including Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Walt Disney's first creation, as you travel between lands. You collect virtual Disney pins, tackle creative challenges and uncover secrets across classic platforming levels inspired by animated films and shorts.
The game is a remake, originally envisioned by Warren Spector and reimagined by Purple Lamp, and it pairs state-of-the-art visuals with improved controls. It is aimed at long-time fans and newcomers alike, and the story is told with replayability in mind.
