Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition (PS5)

Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition is the PlayStation 5 version of Capcom's stylish action hit, on a physical disc. It is billed as the ultimate version of the multi-award-winning game, adding new modes, ray tracing and a playable Vergil. It carries a MENA rating of 18.

What the Special Edition adds

The Special Edition brings several new features to the original game. Vergil, Dante's brother and arch-rival, becomes a playable character. Legendary Dark Knight mode is an extremely challenging horde mode with huge numbers of enemies, and Turbo mode lets you play at 1.2x speed to make the game even more intense.

Graphically, ray-tracing support takes the already near-photorealistic world to a new level, and a High Frame-Rate mode delivers super-smooth action. These features use the power of PlayStation 5, and one note applies: certain trophies cannot be acquired while playing as Vergil.

The result is a faster, sharper and more demanding take on a game that is already known for its flashy, stylish combat, which makes it a strong pick for action fans who want the most complete version on PS5.
