CRISIS CORE –FINAL FANTASY VII– REUNION (PS5)
Overview
Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion is the sweeping HD remaster of the acclaimed prequel to one of the most iconic RPGs ever made. Published by Square Enix and available as a physical disc for PlayStation 5, this edition brings the story of Zack Fair to the latest console generation with a level of polish that goes far beyond a standard remaster. Every graphic asset has been rebuilt in HD, the entire cast is now fully voiced, and the original composer has returned to craft brand-new soundtrack arrangements — making this the definitive way to experience the tale that bridges the gap between SOLDIER legend and the world of Final Fantasy VII.
The story centres on Zack Fair, a driven young operative within Shinra's elite military unit, SOLDIER. Alongside his mentor Angeal and the legendary Sephiroth, Zack is thrust into an investigation surrounding the mysterious mass disappearance of SOLDIER operatives across the mako-powered city of Midgar. His journey — one of dreams, honour, and sacrifice — ultimately forms the crucial legacy connecting him to Cloud Strife and sets the stage for the events of Final Fantasy VII itself.
