With a single-player focus, the game can be played at your own pace, whether that means long sessions that push the story forward or shorter visits to explore. The mix of genres gives it more variety than a pure action title, and players who enjoy role-playing progression often appreciate that.

Why play it on Nintendo Switch

Single-player adventures suit Nintendo Switch well, since you can settle in for a good stretch of play whenever it suits you. The game comes on a physical game card, so it is simple to keep with your other titles. The PEGI 12 rating makes it suitable for older children, teens and adults, and the wide choice of on-screen languages makes the menus and text easy to read for many players.

Released on 1 September 2020, the game is published by Fishing Cactus and rated PEGI 12. If you enjoy action adventures with RPG elements and want a single-player journey with a clear sense of place, Valdi is a world worth exploring.
