Welcome to OutGeeked.net (“OutGeeked,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place orders.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or abuse).

2) Products, Pricing & Availability

• We strive for accurate product information, but errors (including price, stock, or specification errors) may occur. We may correct any errors and cancel orders that arose from them, with a full refund where payment has been captured.

• Images are illustrative; actual product/packaging may differ due to updates or regional variations.

• Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are shown or calculated at checkout where applicable.

3) Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you offer to buy the products listed at the stated price and terms. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation or ship the products.

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected method for the total amount (including taxes, shipping, and duties if applicable).

• If an item is unavailable, on back-order, or a pre-order, we will notify you. You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• We ship to the locations shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect packages upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortages within 48 hours.

5) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Return/Exchange window: within 10 days of delivery.

• Condition: items must be unused, in original condition, and factory sealed (not unsealed/opened) with all accessories and packaging.

• Exclusions: opened/unsealed items, digital goods, gift cards, consumables, customized items, and items marked final sale.

• Process: contact sales@outgeeked.net for authorization and instructions before sending anything back.

• Return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the customer; we cover shipping for defective, damaged, or wrong items (with timely notice).

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

6) Warranty & Support

• New products generally include a manufacturer warranty as stated by the brand. Warranty terms vary by product; refer to the included documentation or the manufacturer site.

• Our customer support can help with warranty guidance, but final warranty coverage is determined by the manufacturer.

7) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe any IP rights, or to try to bypass security measures.

• Resell purchased items in a manner that violates brand or regional restrictions.

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means without our prior written consent.

8) Intellectual Property

• All content on OutGeeked.net (logos, text, images, graphics, product data, and software) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

• You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

9) User Content (Reviews, Q&A)

• If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services.

• Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. We may remove or edit content at our discretion.

• We may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.

• Promotions and coupons are subject to the terms stated with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

• Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

13) Export & Compliance

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable import, export, and sanctions laws. We may refuse or cancel orders that would violate such laws.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OutGeeked will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products purchased.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

15) Disclaimers

• Except as expressly provided, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

• Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer laws.

16) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, war, terrorism, internet or utility failures, carrier delays, or regulatory actions.

17) Changes to the Services or Terms

• We may update products, pricing, and features at any time.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

• You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, unless another forum is required by mandatory law.
