We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Quick summary

  • Returns & exchanges window: 10 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Item must be unused, in its original condition, and factory sealed (not unsealed/opened) with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Exclusions: Opened/unsealed items, digital goods, gift cards, consumables, backordered and customized items.

  • Costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; we cover shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection.


1) Eligibility for returns & exchanges (10 days)

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original, resellable condition

  • Unopened / not unsealed (factory seal intact)

  • In its original packaging with all included accessories, cables, manuals, and freebies

We may deny a return or charge a partial refund if items show signs of use, missing parts, or damaged/absent packaging.

2) Non-returnable items

For safety, hygiene, licensing, or resale reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been opened/unsealed or installed/activated

  • Digital products, software licenses, downloads, codes

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Consumables (e.g., cleaning kits, thermal paste, batteries once opened)

  • Customized/engraved or made-to-order items

  • Any item marked Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page

If an item in the list above arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

3) Exchanges

Want a different model, color, or size? If eligible, we’ll issue an exchange once your return is received and inspected. If the new item costs more/less, we’ll charge/refund the difference. Stock is not reserved until we confirm availability.

4) Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 1 business day for our inspection after the package is delivered to us.)

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless your item was confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5) Return shipping & packaging

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

  • For damaged/defective/wrong item cases, we’ll handle replacement at no cost.

  • Pack the item securely in its original outer carton with all materials to avoid transit damage. Items damaged in return transit may be refused or incur a deduction.

6) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging
    We’ll prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping), depending on your preference and stock availability.

7) How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason, our reach out to us over Whatsapp.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions (and a label if applicable).

  3. Ship the item back within 2 days of receiving approval.

  4. We’ll inspect and process your exchange or refund.

     

8) Cancellations & order changes

We can cancel or edit orders before they are packed/shipped. Once fulfilled, please follow the standard return process.
