We offer shipping to all locations within Lebanon. Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability, destination and the size of the package. We do our best to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. Once the order has been shipped, you will be contacted by our logistics team to coordinate drop off. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must be sealed, in their original condition and packaging, and must include any accessories or documentation that came with the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping. If the item was defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
